RBS has delivered specialist Organisation Design and Development services to a multitude of clients over the past 15 years. We have, completed numerous Independent Technical Reviews for both Mining & Investment clients in the Capital Mining Projects environment and built up a role profile database of over 5,000 roles. We have also been involved with more than 50 Capital Mining Project studies, including implementation support.
Conducted a Pre-feasibility study, together with people studies & strategies for recruitment, training, accommodation & travel as well as work arrangements.
Conducted a Pre-feasibility study, as well as the Feasibility study. During the ramp-up phase provided selected Human Resource Operational Readiness Support to the Senior Project Manager ito of oversight related to approved plans and budgets.
Conducted a Feasibility study which included people studies & strategies for recruitment, training, accommodation & travel & remuneration. In July 2009; RBS commenced preparation to support to site ramp-up.
Conducted a Technical Peer Review, as well as Risk Assessment of the staffing plans and budgets as proposed by the envisaged mining and metallurgical contractor.

Conducted Pre-feasibility and Feasibility studies, together with trade-off studies in terms of conventional versus mechanised mining, as well as various technical reviews.
Conducted a Feasibility study in relation to a planned refinery upgrade, together with people studies & strategies for recruitment, training, accommodation & travel & remuneration. Furthermore, a detailed Human Resource Contractor Compliance Audit together with the associated risk mitigations strategies was undertaken.
Conducted a transformation study of client’s housing approach, moving them from a housing provision to a home ownership model. The scope of work included an analysis, feasibility studies, strategy and policy redesign, accommodation delivery model and system, contractor negotiations and management, associated accommodation plan and budget. This lead to providing ongoing Operational Support to the projects and has lasted 5 years, with two years to go.
Conducted a Pre-feasibility study, as well as further studies ito of labour optimisation scenarios.
Conducted a detailed ITR and people risk assessment on a FS.
