  • Human Resource plans and budgets that are aligned and linked to production activities in terms of:
    • Staff ramp-up
    • Accommodation
    • Training and Recruitment
  • Budgets and cost estimates for all staffing activities that support the financial modeling of Capital Projects;

Human Resource Operational Readiness Support Services

Our Human Resource Operational Readiness service focuses on the coordination and implementation of all people related strategies and plans to support the successful ramp-up of new operations. Typical deliverables associated with this service offering in the capital arena include:
